FAQ

The essentials before you buy

How do I know which battery fits my car?

Use the vehicle finder (make → model → year → engine) or check your old battery: capacity (Ah), cold cranking amps (A), polarity and dimensions. If in doubt, call us — we’ll help.

What is polarity and why does it matter?

Polarity shows which side the “+” terminal is on. If it’s wrong, the cables may not reach the terminals. “+ on the right” is the most common for European cars.

What’s the difference between AGM and EFB?

AGM is the most deep-cycle resistant technology for cars with start-stop and regenerative braking. EFB is an enhanced flooded battery for simpler start-stop systems. If your car had AGM, replace it with AGM only.

Can I install a battery with higher capacity?

Usually yes, if it fits the tray, has the same polarity and terminal type. A much larger capacity is not needed — the alternator may not fully charge it.

How do you ship batteries?

Via Nova Poshta to branches that accept batteries, or pickup. Available delivery and payment options are shown at checkout.
